Shopify¶
Shopify is a source. Adwize reads the streams you enable and copies them into Adwize. It does not create orders, discounts, or other store changes.
Connect¶
- In Shopify, create a custom app with
read_orders,read_all_orders,read_customers, andread_products. Withoutread_all_orders, Shopify only returns the last 60 days of orders. - In Adwize, go to Settings > Integrations > Add integration and choose Shopify. The shop must be a
*.myshopify.comdomain. - Enter the shop domain (
mystore.myshopify.com) and paste the Admin API access token. Check fails until those scopes are granted. - Check connection, then Detect streams.
- Enable the streams you want: orders, order lines, customers, products, and refunds. Save mapping.
- Set the first-load window on the connection. When data refreshes is the account schedule at the top of Integrations (manual, daily, or weekly). Manual does not pull until you change it.
Orders, order lines, and refunds refresh incrementally. Customers and products are a full refresh. Later incremental runs start from that stream’s last day minus a 3-day overlap.
What we copy¶
| Stream | How far back |
|---|---|
| Orders | Created in the first-load window (3, 12, 24, or 36 months). read_all_orders is required, so this is not capped at 60 days. |
| Order lines | Lines on those orders. Price is the unit price times quantity. |
| Refunds | Refunds on orders updated in that same window. |
| Customers | Every customer the store still has. The current profile, not a history of changes. |
| Products | The current catalog and variants. Not past prices. |
