Insights (Beta) is where you move from trusted signals to modeled scenarios and audiences.

Settings → Workflow (/insights/workflow) is available for workflow configuration when your workspace uses it.
Beta
Insights is labeled Beta in the app. Some workspaces may see limited or Coming Soon access. Docs describe the screens that exist in the product; they do not invent extra controls.
What you can do¶
- Compare a growth scenario to baseline before changing spend
- Review modeled outputs with the Assistant when you need context
- Prepare audience-oriented next steps from Audiences
Insights builds on connected business data (Observe / Resolve). Monitoring stays the place for event-stream health and deterministic rules.
